Unitrans Visa Solutions (Kenya)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Unitrans Visa Solutions (“the Agency”) and the client (“Student/Applicant”).

By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Unitrans Visa Solutions provides the following services:

  • University/college application assistance
  • Student counselling and course selection
  • Visa application guidance
  • IELTS and language training
  • Scholarship guidance
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Flight booking assistance
  • Pre- and post-departure support

Important:

The Agency provides guidance only and does not guarantee:

Admission to any institution

Visa approval

Scholarships or funding

3. Admission & Visa Disclaimer

Admission decisions are made solely by universities/colleges.

Visa decisions are made solely by embassies/immigration authorities.

> The Agency has no control over these decisions and shall not be held liable for any rejection.

4. Fees & Payments

Some services may be free depending on partner universities, while others (e.g., IELTS training, language classes, documentation) attract fees.

All payments must be made as agreed before service delivery.

Fees paid cover service delivery only and are non-transferable.

5. Refund Policy

Consultation, training, and processing fees are non-refundable.

No refund shall be issued after:

  • Application submission
  • Offer letter issuance
  • Visa application submission

Partial refunds (if any) are at the Agency’s discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
  • Submit genuine and verifiable documents
  • Meet all deadlines provided by the Agency, universities, or embassies
  • Follow instructions given by the Agency

Submission of fake documents will result in immediate termination of services.

7. Financial Documentation Disclaimer

The client is fully responsible for all financial documents (e.g., bank statements, sponsorship proof).

The Agency does not verify or take liability for third-party financial documents.

8. Timelines & Delays

Processing times vary depending on universities, embassies, and external institutions.

The Agency shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Embassies
  • Universities
  • Third-party service providers

9. Accommodation & Travel Services

Accommodation and flight bookings are provided as assistance only.

Final agreements are between the client and the service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Unitrans Visa Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Visa refusal
  • Admission rejection
  • Financial loss due to third parties
  • Delays beyond its control

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The Agency collects and uses personal data for application and visa processing purposes.

Client information may be shared with:

  • Universities
  • Embassies
  • Partner institutions

All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Kenya.

12. Termination of Services

The Agency reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • The client provides false information
  • The client fails to make required payments
  • The client engages in misconduct

13. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication with staff.

Abusive or inappropriate behavior may lead to service termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or Kenyan courts.
